Who manages the processing
The controller for processing relating to statereach.org is EMINENCE SRL, with registered office at 231 Via Nomentana, 00161 Rome (RM), Italy, tax code/VAT no. 01348790195 and REA RM-1527761. Which data is processed and why
When the site is consulted, the technical infrastructure may process the IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser information and connection-security data. This data is used to display the site, keep it available and prevent abuse. The processing is based on the legitimate interest in the security and proper operation of the service.
The contact form collects the requester’s full name, enquiry description and work email address. Analysis enquiries also collect the role and, optionally, the company; company project enquiries collect the company. The language, acknowledgement of the privacy notice and technical information needed to handle submission and avoid duplicates are also transmitted. The data are used to respond, assess the requested follow-up and, where relevant, take pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request. The site does not create an account or save form fields in its own local storage; any autofill depends on browser settings.
Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to manage the request and any resulting relationship. It may be kept for longer where needed to meet legal obligations or protect a right. Technical logs follow the retention periods applied by providers for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention.
Technical providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides site delivery, protection and functions. Resend transmits the form content to the State Reach address. These providers process data under their respective roles and agreements. Some operations may take place outside the European Economic Area under the transfer mechanisms described in their notices and applicable agreements.

Media, fonts and external services
Videos, images and fonts are served by the site, without embedding third-party video players, maps or AI tools. The AI illustrations were generated during editorial preparation: visits and the contact form do not send data to OpenAI. Opening a link to Substack, the Noble platform or an external source instead leads to a separate service with its own terms and privacy notices.
Daily Brief on Substack
Subscription to the Daily Brief takes place on Substack, not through a form hosted by statereach.org. Substack manages address confirmation, delivery and unsubscribe under its own privacy notice. State Reach may access data made available to the publisher to manage the publication and its relationship with subscribers. The link in every email can be used to stop deliveries.

Newsletter subscription configurator
The subscription newsletter configurator is a preview: prices and plans are demonstrative. Details entered remain in the form and are not saved in site storage. The simulation does not send details to Stripe, charge payments or create accounts. Only explicitly submitting a tailored, multi-user or analysis-services enquiry sends the provided contact details, company, role, sectors, frequency, user count, requirements and any interest in services to State Reach through the contact service described above.
Automated decisions and data disclosure
Data collected through the site is not used for automated decisions or profiling and is not sold. It may be disclosed to the stated technical providers, professionals bound by confidentiality or public authorities where required by law.
